Conflicts, when managed constructively, can lead to growth and closer connections. However, it isn’t easy to get to that point. Most conflicts are energy-draining, frustrating and tear people apart. Often a third party needs to guide the process. Whether working 1-on-1 in conflict coaching or with both parties in mediation, I help turn the conflict into something constructive and relationship-enhancing.

Do you have a broken or strained relationship and don't know what else you could possibly say or do to fix it? I work one-on-one with you to support you through the process of managing the conflict. After discussing the issue, learning what’s important to you and creating a deeper understanding of the issue, I share communication and conflict management tools and together we plan what to do and say in a way that is both authentic and constructive.
